Completely updated 2/2 condo minutes from downtown! The complex has some remodeling underway and they are updating the balcony. Everything in this condo is brand new and clean! Condo has Google Fiber Internet, Direct TV, granite counter tops and new appliances. The area is very close to downtown just east of I35. Easy and inexpensive ride to Downtown, Circuit of the Americans, Lady Bird Lake, Emo s, East 6th, Zilker Park, South Congress, Continental Club, University of Texas, DKR, Texas Football, museums, Convention Center and Rainey Street.

SCAM

The property was under construction. One guest 72 yrs old fell shortly after exiting vehicle. The apartment was upstairs the hand rails all rotten. The apt had a very bad smell. The couch cushion covering is wore out with holes. The rugs were very dirty and stained. Tile missing from the floors. We did not stay. We were ripped off and lied too about the conditions and location of the property.

Do not stay here!

This property should not even have a certificate of occupancy! Exposed wires, dilapidated hand rails, 2nd story balcony w no railings, old blood stains on the box spring. We left after 1 hr of feeling unsafe in the property and checked into a new stay. Host did nothing to work w us on a compromise in fees, even though he himself had not or did not check out the property. Trying to get Vrbo to take down this listening.

Good location, but challenging neighborhood and complex

The location is convenient. The condo itself was clean, bright, with all of the appropriate appliances, utensils, etc that one would expect. Recent renovations were evident and nicely done, although there is finishing up work that still needs to be done. The surrounding neighborhood appears to be challenging, and the entire complex, which seems to have been very rundown, is under significant renovation with limited occupancy; there is construction materials all around. The complex is poorly lit and the security gate entrance was open all the time which was a security concern for us. We would have felt somewhat more secure if the stairs up to the condo were better lit - we met a person sitting on the stairs in the dark. The condo door lacks an independent interior lock in case someone else tried to open the door using the keypad lock, and the door also lacks a peep hole.

Great place to stay when visiting ATX

We stayed here during ACL weekend and the property was very accommodating. The condo complex is going through some renovations on the outside but there were no issues for us inside. Beds were very comfy. Everything worked well, from the WiFi to the A/C etc. Many thanks to Daryl for being so easy to communicate with and for being a great guy responding to requests or questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Austin MotoGP weekend

The place was well appointed and as described. We had a slight issue with the coffee maker but it was no big deal. Currently the outside is going under a major renovation so it’s not exactly aesthetically pleasing from the outside , but I didn’t rent it to look at the outside finding the building was a bit of a challenge because the construction crews took down all signs as to what was what. A little trial and error got us on the right track. The neighborhood isn’t the best but if my daughter felt ok the. It wasn’t really a thing just something to note. Host was super responsive to the things that came up so I definitely appreciated that

Disappointing- only the art is cool

Our family was very disappointed with this VRBO, from the time we pulled up to a gate that didn’t work with the code we were given (in a less than desirable neighborhood) to the time we left the next morning and requested a refund for our second night (which we didn’t get, and we didn’t stay there). The space smelled bad, had stains on 2 of the 3 mattresses (and no mattress covers as the owner said there should be), outlets that pull out of the wall when you try to plug in/unplug cords, obvious areas that haven’t been cleaned for quite some time (dirt all around the air vents. Baseboards, etc) and a horribly placed electrical cord that attaches to the shower head
.just some of the frustrations. We arrived very late so we tried to sleep for a few hours (after immediately texting the host) and woke the next morning to leave with further frustration as neither the host nor VRBO wanted to assist. We had to pay for the second night even though we didn’t stay there and there was no attempt to resolve the situation. The art is cool and they’ve done some decent time work but other than that this place is definitely not somewhere we’d stay again and would not recommend it.

The location was good for visiting the COTA race track 4 days in a row. Also made easy access to downtown Austin. Creme cafe is a great place within waling distance for coffee each morning. Quiet location.

Great place/Awesome Location

Very easily accessible for a football game weekend. Very close to everything that we needed. UT Campus, 6th Street, Lady Bird Lake, State Capitol Building, airport, and Downtown Austin. We would definitely stay here again. Host were great! The place had everything that we needed. Only thing that others might find a problem with, which I didn't, was that the hot water took a while to come around. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Nice place for a short getaway

Overall, the apartment was nice. It looked freshly updated and the living room and bedrooms were nice and spacious. There were a few lifted floorboards that we kept tripping over in the kitchen area, and the floors throughout were kind of dirty. We had to wear socks otherwise the bottom of our feet would be dirty just from going room to room. Daryl and Meghan were very responsive and concise with check in and checkout directions. Not too bad of a location since it was pretty close to everything. Overall I think we would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and the communication was great. Something to notice is that, although it's not allowed to smoke in the property, the apartment has often cigarette smell coming from neighbors. Other than that, our stay was great!

Very clean and easy to access. Owners were very helpful and kind. Gated and easy to find. Neighborhood however is not good. We had no issue but the nightlife was very busy.

Well planned condo in eclectic neighborhood.

This condo was in great shape, well stocked, and spacious. It had obviously been renovated recently. The only issue was the surroundings; the condo was in an older complex in a neighborhood that reflected age. Some of the units had seen better days and needed love. The complex was gated, so you felt pretty secure, but the complex as a whole needed renovation. The owner was very prompt with help when contacted. I thought the price was very reasonable— all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice

Condo is amazing. We had plenty of room. The furnishings and artwork are very current and nice. Owner is responsive. The outside of the complex needs work and looks like it’s under renovation. We would have liked to have live tv . Overall a great rental and would definitely rent again.
