Safety: Not child-proofed; constant adult supervision is required.
EV Charging: Prohibited. Using outlets for EVs incurs a $35/night fee.
Community Pool (open seasonally). If you wish to use the pool, please do not exceed the maximum number of permitted guests, follow all posted pool rules, and take good care of the access key card. Pool Key replacement $120.

-No Smoking: $100 fee for any smoke odor detected inside.
-No Pets: Strictly no animals allowed due to severe allergies.

-TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacement cost is $50.
-Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.

- Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
-Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
