Everything was okay regarding IBIS-Quality. Especially the breakfast was superb with a large variety of food and beverage. Room size, service, check-in and in-house facilities were good.

This was a fairly clean and convenient budget, no frills hotel at a fair price. It is located close to the highway and the parking was easy. I love the keypad door locks so no need for plastic key cards! I love that they have a microwave and there is a McDonald’s next door plus lots of other restaurants. The beds were firm and comfortable for me. On the downside, there were little flies in the bathroom. These tend to live in the drain for the shower so perhaps that should be cleaned better. There was a basic breakfast for 10 euros. Nothing hot to eat, but we didn’t start our day hungry. I would stay there again.

Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful

It was fine for what we paid. The breakfast was basic continental there was enough. A few restaurants within walking distance. It was further out from Auxerre that we thought but we drove in, so not a problem. It was a bit confusing which one we had booked as there are two Ibis hotels next to each other. Perhaps, that could be made clearer.
