Set on the fringes of Aviemore village, a wonderful location for enjoying the great outdoors in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, these superbly appointed and beautifully furnished properties offer a very high degree of comfort. Sitting in a quiet cul de sac, they are ideal for family gatherings. All of the four properties (refs S4401, S4402, S4615 and S4538) enjoy their own private hot tub (each for 4 people) and each have a digital, infrared sauna with music and colour system, Sky QTVs and hairdryers in all bedrooms. Aviemore is a renowned centre for outdoor pursuits – excellent climbing and hill walking, competition standard mountain bike tracks, water sports on Lochs Morlich and Insch and, of course, skiing and snow boarding in season are just some of the activities on offer. The fishing and golf are similarly excellent, with trout fishing available all year at Rothiemurchus Estate, 2 miles, or hire equipment (at cost, licence required) for salmon fishing at the River Spey (seasonal). Sled dog rides, train trips to the resort at the top of the mountain, and the Strathspey steam railway are also found here and Britain’s only freely roaming reindeer herd can be spotted against the stunning backdrop of Glenmore. Shops, good restaurants, themed bars, live music are all within ½ mile. Other great attractions in the area are The Highland Wildlife Centre with Amur tigers, wolves and polar bear, The Landmark Centre, Tree Zone; an incredible aerial adventure and Aviemore Highland Resort Leisure Centre with its own wavepool, water slides and cinema.. A beautiful, spacious and well equipped home from home. Nice and warm when it was chilly outside. And the hot tub was an added bonus. A 20 minute walk to the shops and bars in Aviemore, and nice walks on the doorstep. Aviemore is a lovely place to stay, surrounded by mountains and lochs. A short drive or a regular bus to Rothiemurchus and Cairngorm Mountain Resort with lots of activities; walks, mountain biking, winter sports and more

We loved our stay! Had everything we needed. Only thing would have been bigger towels and different towels for using after the hot tub. But that’s just our preference not a complaint! Really enjoyed our time there

Wonderful cottage, like a home from home. We went for a small family gathering and it was perfectly relaxing. All the little touches like milk and teabags just made it that little but better. Hot tub was fab and the beds were so comfortable. Cant recommend this highly enough! We will be back.

Great cottage though expensive. Position was great for walking in to Aviemore, lovely to be able to leave the car parked for a few days. Lovely hot tub, great sitting in it in the rain. Only issue was extractors in shower and bath room very noisy and not clearing the steam so need servicing

Fantastic accommodation, very well equipped, the kitchen had every utensil you could need and even has shoe polish and a sewing kit. The house was very well heated, the rooms were a good size and the tv and sky box in each bedroom were a bonus (although admittedly we never used them). The WiFi was excellent - constant and a good speed. We didn’t use the hot tub but our son did and he very much enjoyed it (till he dropped his iPhone in and ruined it!). It was a pleasant, easy walk into the centre of AvIemore, where there is a good range of shops and restaurants. For food supplies there is a choice of Tesco or Aldi, and a good butchers shop. Even a Home Bargains. Lots of amenities nearby such as water sports on Loch Morlich (in spring/summer), mountain biking, steam/diesel train from the nearby station and the ski centre is a short drive or a bus ride from the centre. We would definitely recommend this property.
