Escape to our spacious coastal home in Avoca Beach on the Central Coast, NSW (only 90 minutes from Sydney). Our bright, family friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a cruisey stroll from Avoca Beach and shops.

Enjoy the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen cooking and relaxing with friends and family. Whilst still escaping to the privacy of your room and private en suite in 2 of the bedrooms.

With multiple chill out zones you can enjoy time together or escape for some peace and quiet.

The space
If you’re staying with a large group of family or friends our generous home will accommodate you. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms configured as below:

For those culinary stars amongst you our kitchen comes equipped with all the cooking utensils you can desire with large groups in mind – complete frypan and saucepan set, cast iron cookpot, picnic set, utensils, crockery and cutlery for both kids and adults.

If staying in and relaxing for the morning is your perfect idea of a getaway enjoy the tea and coffee facilities. Read away the morning with our travel, cooking and lifestyle books.

Our level yard outside is perfect for enjoying a summer bbq or rugging up by the outdoor firepit. With plenty of space for big and little kids alike to run around there’s every excuse not to leave.

Christmas Family Break

Delighted to find this holiday home, a short walk to Beach and shops. Took 2 teens 2 kids and 3 adults and so much space and comfort. Quality sheets bathroom and soft beds made it luxurious and outdoor shower and 2 indoor showrrs a bonus on return from beach. We sis paddleboarding in Lake down the street and walked to AVOCA THEATRE for movie and cocktails in the garden. Warm hosts and nothing a problem...will be back for sure. Highly recommend

Great weekend Getaway!

What a beautiful house, inside and out. Fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Or a quick walk over the hill to Avoca surf club and more cafes. The house is beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Lovely outdoor space where we took advantage of the fire pit at night. Will definitely be going back.
