The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.

Perfect beach get away!

This place was amazing! Perfectly decorated, fantastically supplied kitchen and an amazing view and access to the beach! It doesn't get any better than this. The sunrise every morning was amazing with our coffee.. We saw dolphins on morning. Watching the surfers and fisherman on the beach and pier was very entertaining. We will be backđŸ˜âŁïž

Lovely condo that allowed for a great week. Clean and exactly like the pictures. Enjoyed time to sit on the deck and watch the week go by. Pool was wonderful for a morning swim and/or after a day at the beach. Vacasa, the management company, was quick to answer any questions. Check out Sunrise Seafood Market for amazing fresh seafood!

Better than expected

Just after hurricane so ocean was spectacular. Nothing better than sleeping with the windows open and hearing the crashing waves. Avon had a lot more going for it than expected. The view from deck was also way better than snyicipated

Best OBX trip in the books!

First time staying at OBX as an adult and first time for my husband ever and couldn’t ask for a better stay. The condo was beautiful and quiet and the view was pure perfection. Steps away from the beach for fun and loved watching the tide change from the privacy of our own balcony after a day outside. Easy access food and fun and the condo was filled with games and tv streaming if you wanted a quiet night in. Will absolutely be back and grateful for all the accommodations and hospitality from the property owners.

Spectacular clean condo with great ocean view

This was our first visit to OBX. The condo was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Will definitely return. The only negative was that the pool code was updated from the flyer we received prior to arrival. Attempted to contact the property manager on a Sunday and was going to leave a voice mail message but the mailbox was full.

Can't say enough positive things about our week here! Amazing location, beautiful views, and thoughtful amenities including a library, board games, and plenty of streaming services for rainy days or when the heat was too much.
