The space
This property is in a quite cul-de-sac location off of the sea road, just 10-minute walk from the beach. Summer Breeze has air conditioners in all rooms, a balcony, and swimming pool views. This self-catered vacation home has a private pool, a garden-fenced area, grill facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.


The vacation home is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with pool views as well as a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, covering movies, sports, news, children's programming, and more, ensuring entertainment for all tastes and ages.


There's a an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace and cabana at this property and guests can go fishing nearby or paddle on the SUP.

Agia Thekla is 0.5 km from the vacation home, while WaterWorld Ayia Napa is 2.5 km from the property.


Other things to note
- Guest capacity - 5 guests but ONLY 4 adults allowed (young groups under the age of 25 are not accepted).


- Guests are required to send a copy of passport of government issued ID prior to arrival.


- Electricity is included in the price for the usage of up to a 30KW per day. In case you exceed this usage, then you will be charged with an additional €0.35 per KW.


- There is a welcome pack in the villa on arrival.


- A Cot and Highchair are available free of charge.



A safety deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or by direct bank transfer. You should be fully reimbursed after check-out within 2-3 business days by direct bank transfer, provided no damages on property inspection and excess electricity usage.
