Not my first stay so i keep returning when around here as it suits my needs. Having said that, didnt particularly like the idea of the front neighbors who congregate outside the building.

Oda konforu ve temizliği makul düzeyde ve gayet iyiydi. Dışarıdan çok fazla ses geliyordu ama odada iyi düşünülmüş detaylar vardı gayet şık döşenmişti. Çarşaflar gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Sadece check out saati çok erkendi. Biz 12 gibi düşünüyorduk fix böyle olduğu için fakat 11 idi.

There were no doors in the shower and we found a used a napkin stuck between bricks on the wall. The lamps were covered in spider nets.

Ayvalık merkezde heryere yakın , tarihi doku içinde sahil ve akşam pazarini birlestiren küçük bir sokak arasında Harika bir konaklama deneyimi , tek sorun O da Ayvalık için Otopark , otoparka günlük 700 TL vetmek istemiyorsaniz biraz yürüme pahasına yol kenarına park edin . Odamız ferah çok temizdi Şenay hanım çok güler yüzlü ve çok sıcak bir ortam sağladı herşey için teşekkürler biz çok sevdik . Huzurlu ,temiz , güvenilir bir konaklama için doğru adres tavsiye ederiz.

Merkezi konum-temiz-hoş bir oda

3 kişilik aile olarak seyehat ettik, merkezde olması bizim açımızdan iyiydi. Premier-suit-küçük mutfaklı odada kaldık, oda, yataklar, çarşaflar,havlular çok temizdi. Mutfak çok temiz, yeterli büyüklükte, pişirme imkanı yok ama salata,kahvaltı için yeterli. Balkon gündüzleri güneşli ama akşamları oturması keyifli. Çamaşır asacak yer olsa daha iyi olurdu. Oda yüksek tavanlı, perdeler ile karanlık oluyor, uyku için çok rahattı. Taş-ahşap karışımı olduğundan ferah ve konforlu. Balkon ve camlarda tel var, yani sineksiz uyunuyor. Klima yeri yatağın üstünde, ama kısa sürede odayı soğtup, kapatıp,rahatça uyuduk, gece hiç bunalmadık. Aylin hanım varış saatimiz geciktiği halde, bizi karşıladı. Çok ilgili, olması gereken mesafede, çok nazik biriydi. Tüm konaklamamız boyunca,ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu ve hemen destek oldu. Sokak olarak mahalle arası hissi veriyor ama bu durum bizim hoşumuza gitti, sokakta insanlar oturuyor,çocuklar oynuyor geç saatlere kadar ancak nezih, hoş insanlar, dolayısıyla güvenli hissettik. Biz genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Hoş karşılandık, hoş ağırlandık ve hoş uğurlandık. Otel sahibimiz elinden geldiğince yardımcı oldu ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelin konumu harika tam merkezde, oda temiz, kliması var. Klimanin ses yaptığını yazmışlar arada çıkan bir ses var oda rahatsiz edecek boyutta değildi. Biz ekonomik odada kaldık (22 numara). Odada cam yok ama klima yeterliydi. Oda küçük oldugu icin iki kişi ayni anda hareket etmesi zor olabilir. Genel olarak ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayan uygun fiyatlı bir konaklamaydı. Memnun ayrıldık. Otel sahibi hanımefendiye teşekkür ederiz.
