Reasonable experience at the Haliç Palas

This hotel is nicely located on the Lale island between the mainland and Cunda Island .. The view from our room was excellent The facilities are nice. But needs better cleaning .. You can walk around the hotel, you can swim and get a boat tour .. Food is delicious and staff is friendly. We had arrived to hotel just before the midnight and it was nice that we were offered warm soup although it was not dinner time .. Rooms are clean but access to bath tub needs special attention especially for the senior citizens to prevent falls.... Overall we were pleased to stay there and We recommend to anyone who would like to visit Ayvalik. One last thing is that do not get surprised if you see dogs around although it was noted as a pet free facility..

otele daha önce bi kaç kez gitmiştim geçtiğimiz yıllarda... o bakımdan neyle karşılaşacağımı az çok tahmin ederek gittim..genel manada sıkıntı yaşamadım..tek sıkıntı pandemi nedeniyle yemek servisinin aksıyor olması oldu.. malum açık büfede yemeği kendiniz alamıyorsunuz, servis elemanları tabağınızı dolduruyor...bunun içinde fazla eleman bulundurmak gerekir...ama pandemi falan derken ne yazikki fazla eleman almak otel için extra maliyet... bu durumun sebebi pandemi olduğu için fazla kafaya takmadım...zaten geçici bi durum.. onun dışında deniz, havuz, gayet iyi...

Sehr schlechte Zustand; Zimmer sehr schlecht

Strand ok, Servic sehr schlecht. Hotel ist nicht mal 3 Stern Hotel. Zum Essen hatten wir nicht viel auswahl auch zum Frühstück. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, dann wäre für uns Pension mit Frühstück ausreichend gewesen. Das Geld für 1 Tag Reservierung war zu viel.

Je suis plutôt déçue. Dommage bel endroit.

J'ai réservé pour le seul hôtel de l'endroit affichant 5 étoiles. Je lui en attribuerais à peine 3.... Et encore. J'ai dû nettoyer la baignoire , le lit est loin d'être vraiment confortable, le personnel m'a laissée porter la valise seule sans m'accompagner à ma chambre et, comble de l'ironie, pas de boissons d'accueil et réfrigérateur. Le petit déjeuner fut également fort décevant. Je voyage beaucoup et c'est seulement la seconde fois que je donne un avis négatif depuis dix ans. Je ne séjourne que dans des hôtels de cette catégorie ( merci aux comparateurs car je ne pourrais pas m'offrir ce luxe sans eux ) et je peux vous dire de manière certaine que je n'ai pas aimé cet établissement. Peut être étaient ils fatigués après la saison . Dommage, la vue est vraiment jolie depuis les chambres.
