Geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man so benötigt ausgestatt (u a. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine Mikrowelle, großer Satelitten-Fernseher und noch ein weiterer im Schlafzimmer).Sehr naturnah, man wird schon morgens von den vielen Vogelstimmen begrüßt. Ostbalkon mit verstellbarem Sonnenschirm. Sehr nette Vermieter.Verschließbare Unterstellboxen für Fahrräder incl. Stromanschluss.Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne FeWo und Umgebung

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Familie Genz sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Zum Wandern kann man das Auto gerne stehen lassen. Vielen Dank nochmal an den herzlichen Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Wohnung in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles vorhanden für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich. Einkaufen und Restaurants in 12 Minuten fußläufig möglich. Viele schöne Wanderwege.

Sehr nette hundefreundliche Vermieter, gut eingerichtete und äußerst saubere Wohnung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und Glück mit dem Wetter. Leider etwas laute Umgebung (Strasse und Firma im Haus).

Super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und schön groß. In der Umgebung kann man viel Wandern oder auch Fahrrad fahren. Die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen (10-15 Minuten ). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Apotheke,Restaurant an der Weser sowie ein Spielplatz & Minigolfanlage ist alles im Ort Bad Karlshafen. Wir hatten nie langeweile und kommen gerne wieder.
