In the new chalet (June 2011) at 1600m in the Lavanttal in Carinthia you can enjoy all the amenities of a modern hideaway - and yet you are grounded in a wonderful way. With lots of wood and attention to detail, sauna - outdoor whirlpool, 2 cozy bedrooms, living and dining area with gas fireplace, we want to invite you to catch the breath of the mountains.
On a living area of 80m², our alpine hut offers space for 4 + 2 people.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, we've come to the right place. Fortunately, everyday noise and street noises can be found under the summit of the Klippitztörl. The journey to this special place at 1600m should be as relaxed as possible, which is why our chalet is easily accessible for every car.


Winter: In winter you have the opportunity to ski directly from the hut to the slopes and back again.
With a total of 32 km of piste descents with 6 ski lifts and 13 runs in different levels of difficulty, there is something for everyone. The ski area is one of the top Kärtner ski areas (90% with artificial snow).

Spring, summer, autumn: The Klippitztörl is part of the municipality of Bad St. Leonhard in the Lavant Valley. It is known as Carinthia's paradise.
The region offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities. A high ropes course, free climbing, a summer toboggan run and horse riding, as well as golf and guided hikes round off the activity program. A clear mountain lake is located 200m from the hut. Not to be forgotten is the refreshment stop in many inns, alpine huts, snack stations, the fresh mountain air makes you hungry. Excursion destinations: Wolfsberg, Graz, Wöhrtersee / Klopeinersee, castles, castles.

Our stay was perfect. The hause is very cosy, comfortable and airy. There is a fireplace which heats all the hause. All the Hause has its authentic style: wooden decorations, amazing unusual pictures etc. Sauna is very nice and helpful after skiing. All your muscles will be relaxed there. The view outside the terrace is magnificent. It is possible to grill outside or to swim in the heated pool. The location is not far from skiing way. Also it is close to restaurants and not far from the city with different shops. The only thing - it is not so much snow in Januar.

Very close to perfect

The Chalet Chesetta was perfectly cleaned, very well maintained, very cosy and comfortable as well as very well equipped. We haven't missed anything. From our point of view the highlights were the sauna and the whirlpool at the terrace. The environment is perfectly suited to ski, since the chalet is located very near to the ski slope, to hike and to bike in the mountains. The communication with the owner of the property went very smooth. The owner responded on very short term (i.e. in any case within 24 hours). We recommend this chalet without any reservations.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne überwiegend sonnige Urlaubswoche in einem wirklich tollen Chalet.Der Whirlpool war nach einer langen Wanderung wirklich erholsam, die Sauna haben wir wetterbedingt nicht genutzt oder benötigt.Ansonsten beinhaltet das Chalet alles was man braucht, von Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Rundherumterasse bis zu Küchenutensilien, Smart TV und vieles mehr.Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung schöne Wanderwege und sehr gute Alm Gaststätten zum Einkehren.Wolfsberg ist in knapp 30 min. zu erreichen, nach Klagenfurt ist es circa eine Stunde.Wir sagen danke und garantiert bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ein wirklich schönes und sauberes Haus. Alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna machen den Aufenthalt auch bei wechselhaftem Wetter zu einem Vergnügen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unten im Tal genügend ( ca. 15 Min.). Am Besten gleich für ein paar Tage mit Essen und Getränken eindecken und die Bergluft genießen. Eine Sommerrodelbahn und Berglift auf den Hohenwart ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette Einkehrmöglichkeiten auf den Wanderwegen rund um den Hohenwart gibt es auch genügend.Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug nach Klagenfurt inkl. der Silent Trail Wanderung um den Forstsee. Alles in allem, haben wir uns in dem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt, die unfassbare Aussicht sehr genossen und nichts vermisst.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Chalet Chesetta. Auch diesmal verbrachten wir wunderschöne und ruhige Tage im Chalet. Die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Terrasse aus war wirklich einzigartig. Es war ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen.

Alles war super und so wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe waren ein Traum. Vor Ort war wirklich für alles gesorgt, was man brauchen könnte. Lediglich die Sauna hat am letzten Abend bei uns nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schöne Wellness-Auszeit im Schnee

Das Chalet hielt nicht nur das Versprechen in Hinsicht Qualität und Ausstattung, sondern übertraf es bei Weitem. Nicht nur die persönlichen Willkommensgeschenke für Kinder, Hund und uns machten es so herzlich, sondern auch die vielen Details, die duftenden Handtücher und die diversen Kleinigkeiten, wie Spülmaschinentabs, Salz/Pfeffer, Müllbeutel…Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich, hilfreich und vor allemsehr schnell. Da meine Frau verletzungsbedingt keine großen Strecken bewältigen konnte (sie hatte Krücken) bot uns die Unterkunft alles was wir brauchten, um zu entspannen. Die Kinder konnten direkt vorm Haus rodeln. Vielen Dank und alles Gute

Fantastische Tage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Chalet! Das Chalet ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist toll u auch wenn das Skigebiet klein ist, hat es uns als Familie völlig ausgereicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und sehr freundlich wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in toller Umgebung und einem schönen Chalet verbringen dürfen. Das Chalet ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht, selbst Kaffeepads und einiges an Gewürzen usw. waren vor Ort. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, wer die Natur und die Berg liebt ist hier richtig! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Heerlijk genieten, goed verzorgd en superschoon vakantieverblijf met pracht uitzicht. Zeker vanuit jacuzzi van bergen, rust en sterren genieten. Heerlijk!!. Rondom balkon, dus altijd zon. Wat een heerlijk appartement is dit chalet. Als gezin met 2 tieners was het ruim genoeg. Alles wat ons hartje begeerde was aanwezig. Sauna en jacuzzi waren de kers op de taart! Keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken; Bedden zijn heerlijk; Uitzicht is prachtig; appartement is netjes en schoon en het contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel en hij antwoordde vrijwel gelijk. Wij raden het het iedereen aan!

Einfach traumhaft!!! Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, der Gastgeber Alfons Kärtner hat an alles gedacht. Volle Zufriedenheit und gerne immer wieder!!! Tolle location.

Wundervolle Zeit im 5 Sterne Chalet

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem tollen Chalet . Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und wir haben es uns bei dem ein oder anderen kalten Tag dort sehr gemütlich gemacht . Dies ist mit der Sauna , dem gemütlichen Ofen und dem Whirlpool nicht schwer . Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wir haben einige tolle Wanderungen gemacht . Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in dem wunderbaren Häuschen und das nette Willkommensgeschenk lieber Alfons . Herzliche Grüße Alexandra und Pieter

Perfekter Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Chalet in toller Lage. Die Ausstattung des Chalets lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
