For shared use: natural state property. Private: natural state property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, sun terrace. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 14.9 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
