The cozy and constantly renovated **** Non smoking apartment with 4 rooms, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, extra guest toilet and hallway, extends over the entire 1st floor of the house. This means that you have no disturbing neighbors next to you in your holiday accommodation. High-quality and rustic yet modern, the Upper Bavarian style will make you feel right at home from the beginning. Here old materials meet new technology. Fittings and fixtures were made with great love for the detail largely from old wood, the floors are laid out with country houses. In the spacious living room there is a wood-burning stove for the cold days, in the adjoining dining room you will find a large wooden table with seating. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, American side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. Nespresso as well as normal coffee machine, water cooker and toaster are just as obvious as enough dishes and cutlery. Here you will also find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee). Both bathrooms offer you next to wash basin with additional cosmetic mirror and hair dryer contemporary rain showers. There is enough seating on the covered and rain-protected balcony.
