The Manoir is an unforgettable place with an exceptional 180* view over the Gulf of Morbihan. It is located in a Natura 2000 classified site, in a nature reserve where numerous species of birds and completely preserved flora and fauna live side by side.

You'll be seduced by the site's soothing calm, and amazed by the sunrises over the water that you can contemplate from most rooms in the house.

Set in grounds of over 5,000 m², this home welcomes its guests as if they were distinguished guests, with warmth and elegance. Gathered around the large fireplace, standing around the pool table or sitting and admiring the view from the wood-panelled dining room, you'll soon feel at home here.
You'll soon feel at home here, surrounded by books and travel souvenirs, just like in a real family home.

The Manoir has 9 bedrooms with a total of 13 beds, making it easy to accommodate 15 people. It is particularly well suited to accommodating several families with children, or groups of friends, as it is built around a main building (a Breton longère) and two independent suites, adjoining the main building, with two bedrooms each.
Situated right on the water's edge, this family-run property is a rare find for rent, offering an exceptional holiday for anyone who loves the Gulf of Morbihan, nature or sailing.

The house, measuring around 300 m², offers a comfortable layout:

On the ground floor you will find:

An entrance hall, a fully-equipped utility room, a family kitchen, equipped with everything needed for discerning cooks to concoct, make delicious meals, a WC with a guest shower leading to the terrace via a small entrance.

The glazed dining room is spacious and very bright, with a large solid wood table. The entire room offers breathtaking sea views.

The large lounge is an invitation to travel. It includes a pool table, two sofas and plenty of armchairs, a TV area with DVD player and a large stone fireplace. Next door, outside, is the wood store, where you can gather for warm, friendly fires.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, as are Bluetooth speakers. This waterfront house is made of stone, and has good heating to welcome guests comfortably even in winter.

The bedrooms are as follows:
In the main house,
On the ground floor:
- A large bedroom with 1 double bed, and the possibility of dividing it into 2 single beds, with a desk area and a view of the sea, as well as a large shower room with an adjoining XXL walk-in shower.

First floor:
- A large double bedroom with 2 large single beds, with a small adjoining bedroom with a single bed, and a large bathroom with a bath and private WC.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with WC, shower and bath.
- An attic library accessible to all, with a reading chair at the very top of the tower, houses hundreds of books that can be consulted by young and old alike.
- A double attic bedroom for two children or juniors (2 beds 180x90 cm) with private WC, shower and washbasin.

In "la suite bleue", a small adjoining building, there is a duplex suite with a large bedroom with 2 beds on the ground floor with a kitchenette, and a double bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and WC.

In the other adjoining suite, "la suite Zen":
Ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large desk, an independent WC, and a small bathroom.

First floor:
- A double attic bedroom, and a small meditation oratory with cupola and stained glass windows.

Outside:
- A large terrace in front of the lounge and dining room is unobstructed and not overlooked. It faces south-east, and is equipped with several outdoor tables, a corner sofa, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the sun and the 180 ́ sea view.
- All around the house, you'll find a vast lawn and large trees for children to play in. This wooded area, sheltered from view, will delight all young
in search of adventure.
- A range of leisure facilities are also available, including a table tennis table, badminton rackets, a Molkky and petanque game, 2 kayaks and plenty of board games.
- A small beach is located below the house. It can be reached via a private staircase.
- You will also have access to the landing stage of the estate's private slipway, and to the larger beach, accessible at high and low tide, which is a 3' walk away.
- A mooring buoy is available on request. Located just in front of the house, you can watch over your boat from the garden and the house.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. Manoir Saint-Brendan is just a short drive from the charming village of Baden, with its morning fish market and Friday afternoon market.
Situated halfway between Vannes (20') and Auray (20 ́) Baden is around 35 ́ minutes from Carnac or La Trinité sur Mer.
Numerous water sports activities and boat hire are also available in Arradon, a 15-minute drive away.

You will be welcomed by our concierge team, who will show you around the house and its surroundings. Games and equipment are available to entertain young and old.
To ensure that the Manoir is ready for subsequent guests, a high-quality end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the booking.

However, this end-of-stay cleaning does not include :
- Cleaning the griddle, barbecue, electric and microwave ovens and fridge
- Storing clean crockery in the kitchen cupboards (dishwasher emptied),
- Replacing the furniture and equipment we have left at your disposal.

We hope you will be happy in this exceptional Manor House, and we are counting on you to ensure, as in any large house, regular maintenance of the premises and equipment during your stay.

If you do not have the time or inclination to follow these instructions, we will unfortunately be obliged to make a deduction from your security deposit. This will be demanded as a guarantee of your good use of this rather exceptional waterside house, from which guests often find it difficult to leave.
