Meet & Greet/Concierge Services: Your rental includes being met at the Villa by our property manager, being familiarized with the house and its mechanical systems and operation.

Other supplies: Included in your rental are all essential cleaning supplies and materials for kitchens & bathrooms.
Linens: All necessary linens including pool towels are included in your rental. For guests staying for more than one week, a weekly linen change is provided on Fridays. Additional changes can be provided for an additional charge.
Other services: Catering, cooking lessons, car service, bicycle rental, massage and other services are provided by independent contractors. Our manager can make these arrangements for you, but payment is made directly to the vendor.
We are just outside (15 minute drive) from the beautiful Spa town of Bagni di Lucca and its shops.
Bagni di Lucca the nearest village has shops for all necessities, has been called 'one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany'; while the magnificent, ancient, walled city of Lucca is easily accessible.
Surrounded by Tuscan hill-towns and villages with their churches and small trattoria. We are 40 minutes from Lucca; an hour to Pisa and beaches and 50 minutes from the Abetone ski area.
There is a local train station with connections to the main station in Lucca and surrounding towns as well as a local bus & taxi service. A car is a necessity. We have a local car service (that can also provide drivers with vans and small buses.)
