Continental breakfast was only coffee and 2 muffins in a basket. The room they gave me was 316 and someone who was living long term was right next door, very loud at all hours of the night, chatting and having a crying baby all night, not to mention the elevator was right in front of our room, very loud as well. Terrible. My advice would be have specific sections where your long term customers have an area and your short term customers can actually get rest and sleep.

Receptionist was kind of rude. The hotel itself including the walk way is not clean. Heater was not working for us. Room facilities and the restroom are of low standard. It’s a very old hotel. Was expecting a better standard from Extended Stay provided hotels
