No cable TV available. No breakfast available, and I got no compensation. They kept $20 of my deposit for what they call dirty sheets. They tried to keep $60. Don't they wash them after we leave?

Room carpet was not vacuumed. Debris all over carpet, including a bottle cap. Towel shelf/rack was rusty and chrome flaking off onto showe towels! Windows were filthy, could barely see through them. Random dirty, old couches crowded in entry way of my particular bldg. Signs at front counter promote room service from attached cafe, and stated no outside food, then told there was no longer room service. Attached restaurant/cafe gave me plastic utensils to eat meal with, while waitress sprayed glass cleaner all around me to clean tables right next to me while I was EATING! I was the only patron there, well after the breakfast rush so there was no reason to be doing that right next to me while my food was on the table. Ammonia mist all over my table and most likely in my food and drink. The koi pond was nice and staff were very friendly. The courtyard and pool area looked nice. Of course the lobby was the nicest and cleanist.

LOVE this place!

Came to swim and everyone was very nice and helpful and the pool was clean and open all night. I want to be able to come swimming here every day... If that can be made possible, please let me know. 😍😁🤗
So peaceful here.
Its very serene and private.

Best hotel ever

Really nice and peaceful, they have good food and amazing service, all the staff is super nice and helpful. Any questions you have they’ll answer and they have 24 hour front desk service

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Cockroaches and bed bugs. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Insider staff information told me it is because this new hotel took over a previous chain hotel and kept the pictures and reputation. Skin started itching within 10 minutes and was out and across the street at another hotel within 30 minutes. Currently fighting for a refund. Misleading presentation on Expedia, feel scammed.

Overall good stay. It’s not a five star place yet did its job. The room was clean and that’s important. Everything was dated and needs a facelift. Breakfast was delish and that 6$ pizza was one of the best.

When I first arrived the staff just seemed unhappy to even be there. She tried but u can tell she isn't happy in her position. I am currently in a wheelchair and booked an accommodating room with handicap shower so I don't fall and the rooms didn't have cable so I had to be placed in a regular room. When I got to the room it was so hot I was sweating. The air does not work well at all and took the entire night to cool down as I sweat in the bed sheets. The cable in my room only showed 3 channels which I called the front desk and they told me we have to mess with the TV menu and try to "figure it out". No help, didn't send anyone to fix it and made me have to do it. Then it just cut out all together and said no signal. The food at the restaurant is over priced and poor quality. A chicken quesadilla is 17 frickin bucks and was trash. The complimentary breakfast was actually good. All in all I will not be returning here again at all.

Apparently the tv was operable due to no cable or wi fi available for guest due to “technical difficulties “ it was not resolved throughout the stay. In addition we woke up full of bug bites that we ended up in ER shortly after. Horrible experience!!!
