Property was good in that budget but there were bathroom problems water of camod/laterine use to flow out of the sink flew right under our feet & clogged there infront of basin where we were standing & brushing our teeth. During our sleep drops of freezing water flew right beside the bed from the ceiling where it leaked on us. The temperature upon arriving in our room was too hot , upon concerning the condition to manager all he did was opened the window as the ac was set to winter cooling systems. We had to pay extra 6€ manat (500₹approx) for 2 water bottles when leaving the property. Even after requesting they neglected each bit of it ! All in all good for budget & urgent basis & no further .. good luck !
