I hate that I couldn't give a higher rating, but I just can't. While I loved the view from the apartment and the only employee working there was great, my stay was a roller coaster of bad and good.
The listing says there is a microwave, a dryer, and a private bathroom, but that is not true. There is a washer and a drying rack. Because the property is so high up and the balcony where the drying rack is located is, takes several days to get your clothes dry. The listing says non-smoking, but people smoke inside.
There are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Unless you're lucky, you will be sharing a bathroom with other guest. The one private bathroom had issues. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet seat is not bolted down to the floor. There was a smell of sewage which is probably because the toilet moves and residue from using it is not going down the drain. I don't know. It's not on me to figure it out.
There was a problem with the hot water. I never had a shower where the water was consistently hot. The water went from warm to cold constantly.
The AC unit stopped working. I was told it would be fixed in two day, but it was never fixed. The heat in the room worked for one day and then it never worked again.
The employee alway apologized for the inconvenience and said whatever I complained about would be fixed, but those complaints were never got resolved.
Hopefully they work on improving, because it has the potential to be a good property.
