Ground floor: Dining room with dinette. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. American kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, fireplace, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.
