Brotherly Love is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 Full baths home with great lagoon views and views of the fairway of hole #1. This reverse floor plan home boasts the great nature and beauty of Bald Head. The kitchen is well stocked and is perfect for entertaining. There is a king master suite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bath. The 4th bedroom is an extra room with a king bed and a shower off of the kitchen area. The 5th bedroom is perfect for the kids located downstairs. It has 2 queen size bunk beds and TV's. Open the windows in this tree house feeling room on a cooler night and enjoy the breeze and sounds of the wild life. It is one of our favorite spots! The back deck cannot be beat either! The view is outstanding and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We are tucked away off the beaten path, but still conveniently located to all of Bald Head's amenities. We know you will love this little piece of heaven.

We have wifi, 2 NEW 6-passenger golf carts and beach gear! Membership to the BHI club are available for a separate purchase through BHI CC.

Home includes; 4 beach chairs, gas grill, regular coffee maker, and an outdoor gas fire pit.

**Cleaning, Linens and bath towel fee is $385.00 and mandatory**

Loved it!

We brought our parents and kids for the holiday week and really enjoyed this house! The upstairs bedrooms had pretty views. I watched the sunrise over the lagoon from our bed. The downstairs bedroom had no view at all, but turned out to be a comfortable room for sleeping and our teens loved it. All of the mattresses were comfortable. The fridge broke on our first morning. We moved our food to the second refrigerator downstairs. The owner and manager quickly responded and sent someone right over to fix it and also replaced the food we lost. We appreciated John’s easy and accommodating personality and Joe’s friendliness and quick reply. One of our favorite parts of staying here was the proximity to our favorite beach spot to watch the sunset and the nice set of bikes to use. We would happily return.

Comfortable Roomy Home

We had a great long weekend stay. The House(kitchen) was equipped with everything we needed. Great Roku TV's in all the bedrooms. We had 8 adults and 3 teenage girls and had plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers stayed in the bunk room downstairs and thought it was very comfortable. Great decking with good views of the golf course and lagoon. Plenty of storage room underneath. We bring a lot of fishing equipment in the fall and we really enjoyed all the room to store these items underneath. Two little hiccups. One is that we had to put the sheets on the bunk room beds, it looked like the sheets for the bunk room were all still sitting on the floor in front of the washer waiting to be cleaned, but not a big deal, we were brought clean sheets once we contacted them right away. The other is that the hurricane shutters were still locked shut on one of the bedroom windows and we were never able to open them. Just seemed like the house needed a good walk through before we arrived and those two items could have easily been solved. We have stayed on Horsemint many times in the past and have always enjoyed that nice quiet street on the island. This house sits in the cul-de-sac and is really in a quiet area. The golf carts all seemed to have good quality batteries, it can sometimes be a coin flip after the long summer season when we rent houses in the fall. The six-seater pulled to the right and was hard to drive for some of our female guests probably just needs a good off-season tune up. The owner was great to communicate with and responded immediately to anything we needed. My sister-in-law even left an item in the closet and when I returned to BHI the next weekend with a separate group of friends he helped coordinate for me to get it back for her. Truly appreciated. We would certainly not hesitate to rent this property again.

Great stay!

We had an amazing few days at Bald Head Island. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was so spacious and we had everything we needed. There was a guest suite that my teenager claimed immediately. We were obsessed with the gator in the pond behind the house that we could watch while on the deck. No feeding alligators!!! We would definitely use this property again. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Family Beach Week

We really enjoyed our stay on Bald Head Island at Brotherly Love. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking-in on several nights. We really enjoyed alligator spotting from the back deck and playing games in the comfy living room. We had a small issue with one of the golf carts and the owner did an amazing job taking care of it. He got us a rental, and got the cart right into the shop and it was repaired in a day. We were never without. The only reason for a 4 on description was that we were expecting 4 bathrooms and there were three plus an outdoor shower. We gave a 4 for location because the beach we liked best was at the far end of the island, so it was a bit of a haul. However, it was really nice being near the shops and restaurants near the harbor. We had a great time crabbing of the public dock, which was just a short drive, and going to trivia night. A great place to stay and a fun week!

Excellent space

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the 5 adults that were there. One note is that the fifth bedroom is located under the main house and really more cabin like and more for a place to put the kids than as opposed to the other four beautiful bedrooms upstairs. We would stay there again.
