(4BR/3.5BA, 2K, 1D, 1Tw, 2 BB, SLP 11, 2 golf carts, Saturday Turn in Peak Season, CHECK OUT 11:00AM / CHECK IN 5:30PM) Sunshine surrounds you at this golf course/lagoon four bedroom, 3.5 bath beauty with ocean views-just minutes from the beach.

On the lower level of this reverse-floor plan are four bedrooms; two are Kings with private access to the screened porch. The first boasts an ensuite, the second shares a Jack and Jill with the third bedroom that is furnished with a Double and a Twin bed. The fourth bedroom-a bunk room-sleeps four and uses a bath just outside its door. This floor's back porch provides quiet sanctuary, snuggling into the Island's wooded dune ridge.

Upstairs you'll love the wood finishes and open floor plan that offers two living spaces, one with a decorative fireplace and the other with sundeck access. The kitchen features loads of prep space as well as a wrap-around bar seating six. The spacious dining area is set for eight but can easily accommodate more. Included in your rental are internet access and use of both a four-passenger and a six-passenger golf cart and WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. Clean, great floor plan for our family

Clean house, comfortable beds. Loved the layout for our 6 kids.AC wasn't working well and WWP had it fixed immediately for us. Nice 6 seater and 4 seater golf cart. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Hope to come back!

Still a great Thanksgiving on BHI - we’ve been coming since 2002 - but there was a dip regarding the amenities and rental services this year. The house was clean but is deficient in kitchen-wares (no measuring cups, cake pans, etc). The golf carts both died multiple times despite being charged, and our welcome-pack had materials from years before. The house has promise; definitely had a fun week. But the experience needed some TLC on multiple fronts.

September 2020 Stay

The house was clean, roomy and in a great location. It was pretty well stocked with everything we needed except pans. No complaints except for the following: The 6 seater golf cart was extremely slow and stopped charging on labor day and it was not replaced until the next day. Unfortunately we had 8 people and a 4 seater golf cart to deal with that created a lot of issues for our family and getting people where they wanted to go. The rental agency did not have a solution as they said they had no one on the island to repair it that afternoon. The replacement was good but then they exchanged the rental for the original golf cart on Wednesday and it was as slow or slower than before. Trash was never picked up at the house. The cans were full when we arrived and there was no where to put our garage so it was stacked outside. Construction workers showed up unannounced to fix a door outside of the master bedroom at 7:15 am one morning and woke us all up. The 4 bicycles had tire issues so they couldn’t be used.

So far not great. Happy to review when we leave, but all appliances, bathrooms are dated. Sofas are dirty. Upper deck should have patio table or more chairs. Needs to be stocked better. So far we prefer most of the other BHI houses. Let’s don’t work.

We stayed in Southard Comfort. location was nice however this property is a true rental and needs updating. Exterior doors are rotting, furniture is very dirty, landscape is over grown and golf carts weren't great. experienced some issues while vacationing and WW worked to resole the problems. this would be a great house if it was updated.
