Pontos positivos: a hospedagem é bem localizada, proxima à praia, a mercados, famacia e restaurantes. Apartamento suficientemente equipado, ar condicionado na suíte que refrigera o apartamento todo, cama da suíte é queen, e tem colchão bom. Disponível vaga de garagem. Pontos negativos: mobilia antiga, cadeiras bambas, chuveiro fraco e mangueira quebrada (necessita manutenção). Fogão velho, com as bocas furadas (senti cheiro de gás na cozinha após uso - possivel vazamento?). Ventiladores bem sujos de poeira, sujaram os ambientes ao ligar. Nas camas de solteiro, os colchões não são muito bons.
