Ruim é desanimadora

Reservei para 2 adultos e 1 criança, o quarto era minúsculo a cama q meu filho ficou era um sofá cama q ele tinha q entrar pelos pés pq n tinha espaço A mesa n cabia um puff tanto é q o puff ficava debaixo da mesa , quarto quase n tinha espaço p abrir 2 malas no chão e transitar no quarto de tão pequeno , n tinha frigobar, nem telefone no quarto p falar com a recepção, e estacionamento dizia no anúncio inicial disponível só descobri q tinha q pagar 55 por dia quando cheguei lá, mesmo sendo só p guardar a noite eles n diminuíram o valor, café da manhã básico nd de diferente eu esperava uma experiência melhor, me decepcionei

Localização próximo a praia, mercados e farmácias. Utilizei bastante patinete, pegava ao lado do hotel e ia até a praia, ou vice versa. Café da manhã com muitas opções, atendimento muito bom. Ponto negativo, estacionamento. Se quiser comodidade, $55,00 a diária com manobrista ou 35,00 em estacionamento na mesma rua.

Quarto pequeno, cama de casal que mais parecia de solteiro. Nao tem disponivel toalha de rosto no quarto, apenas de banho. Café da manha bom. Estacionamento pago a parte. Paguei uma taxa de 50 reais pra minha pet.

Foi uma estadia boa . Me colocaram um Quarto para deficiente pedi a troca mesmo Na primeira tentativa não quiseram , na segunda foi sedida .Porém o outro quarto tinha uma beliche em cima meu marido ficou com fobia . Desci para jantar falei novamente com uma outra atendente ela me informou que havia mais quartos disponíveis que não tinham Bebiche em cima . Quando voltei a atendente que tinha me oferecido o quarto com as beliches ,passou as informações e não deixou ela Mudar nòs de quarto muito provavelmente pois não tiver ficado com o outro elas alegaram que não tinha mais nada disponível! Não tem Chuveiro para tirar a areia na porta do hotel ! Acordei faltando 8 para as 10:00 cheguei no café da manhã nunca vi aquela situação eles foram recolhendo tudo pois só era até as 10:00 achei uma falta de educação !

Não fazem last checkout (nem pagando)...

Por ser um Ibis Budget não se pode esperar muito... mas a recepção não aceitar fazer last checkout (pagando por ele), sendo que tinha quarto disponível, é horrível... meu voo era as 19h e tive que sair as 12g pq o (des)querido não quis ajudar cobrando meia diária para ficarmos mais 3h no hotel para um banho. A forma como o atendente da recepção informou isso foi extremamente grosseira. Zero preparo para atender o turista, E a cama do hotel é boa pra no máximo 2 dias, depois começa a doer as costas (rs) pq é meio dura. Não tem secador no banheiro, tem que pedir um único na recepção (e só pode ficar 1h com ele), que é dividido entre todos os hospedes. A voltagem do hotel é toda 220v! Os motoristas que cuidam dos carros e os recepcionistas da noite são incriveis! E o café da manhã tambem é otimo.
