Incredible staff

The costumer service was incredible. Sierra and the gentleman (can't remember name but night shift during our stay). Was the best I've had at any hotel. Professionalism was outstanding.

I always love staying at this location and so do my family. I was a little turned off by the smell of the room when entering daily. Not sure if it was the rug.
