Clean, very convenient to Baltimore convention center, staff friendly and accommodating..was surprised to find my room was ready when I got there at 8 am however I did not accept it as I was going to a trade show and was not interested in paying $50 to check in early… just left my bag at bell check and came back at 4

The only reason we picked this hotel over others that are more convenient and closer to inner harbor was the pool and it was shut down by the health department. We also had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t working in our original room. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant that was expensive and mediocre (my son’s pizza was really gross, but my other son’s burger was decent). The rooms were standard. Nothing special but nothing awful either. With that said, the staff was very friendly. I might stay here during baseball season to see the orioles ballpark, but otherwise, recommend staying somewhere closer to inner harbor or the properties on Aliceanna street.
