This hotel needs to be shut down & remodeled. It was literally crumbling & very dirty. The couches had head rest grease stains & threadbare cushions.

My stay was plaeasant. However, I arrived after a full day of travel. After checking in I was told to park in the garage. I assumed the parking was included with the stay..the parking garage was connected to the hotel. I would have appreciated the clerk.alerting me to the process of payment for parking. I was told to park in tje garage and go to the elevator to access my room. Long story short, I was fined $140.00. The disappointment came when I shared my delema with the clerk she seemed to care less. I know there were signs for payment in the garage but nothing to declate whether you stayed at the hotel or were just parking for the day. I hoe in the future hotel patrons are made aware of the parking process Incidently, I spoke with tree other guests in the same situation as I.

The checking process was not friendly at all, the first thing I hear is: you dont have a reservation with us. Clearly she was not reading my name from my drivers liscence, no directions to the elevator, etc

This hotel needs a refresh terribly. The closet door was broken and inoperable. The furniture was worn and gross. There were holes in the carpet and the shades. I checked out early and won’t stay there again.

Awesome suite, clean comfy. Bed extremely comfy with lots of pillows. We arrived on a Wednesday in time for their weekly reception including assortment of cheeses, fruits, salad soup and wine & beer. After a long drive it was a pleasant welcome.
