The sofa and carpets were filthy. I asked for another room but was denied because they were fully booked.There us no way they should rent these rooms in the condition they are in. I had an opportunity to peep in another room just to see the condition and it was the same. It's shameful.

May 7th hotel stay

We only stayed from 12Am to 5Am because we had a late departure flight ans early morning flight on May 7th. It is very close to the airport. We didnt know of shuttle service was a 24/7. Because we were arriving close to midnight. We toom a cab. Cost from airport to hotel is $8 - $11 not sure p.p. They taxi 🚕 cab in Baltimore over charged us $25.00 for 2 p.p a 5 minute ride. When we checked in we made sure not to take a cab and use the free hotel shuttle service provide. The hotel agent checking us in was excellent and he was there in the morning. The shuttle service was amazing and very friendly seeing we were his last early morning ride. My only complaint is the roon smelled our smoke. We asked for a non smoking. The room could have used some upgrades but for 5 hours it was jist Ok...

They are in the middle of a revamp. It’s definitely needed. Just needs a bit of an upgrade. Good bones, nice staff, and gym was a nice bonus.

The reason I gave only a 4/5 stars for area around the property is because there was quite a big pot hole as you exit the parking lot which is a minor complaint.

This property is in need of an overhaul. I was disappointed bc hyatts are usually nicer. Our light burned outside of the bathroom almost immediately, the room carpet was dirty and the hall smelled like cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be non smoking. Also, the Starbucks coffee machine was broken. On the plus side, the staff was nice and beds were comfortable.

Laca of remodeling

The hotel is very bad condition, is ugly. The breakfast is not very good. The bathroom is very small and old. There are damp stains on the roof.
