The directions I received from the front desk to pickup the shuttle from the airport were incorrect. I waited outside in 22 degree weather for a half hour. The ride from the airport to the hotel took 5 minutes. People were smoking in their room and set off the smoke alarm for the entire hotel at 12 midnight. It took the fire department 20 minutes to get to the hotel. It would be helpful if Travelocity could include the front desk number on the confirmation. It took me 15 minutes to find the hotel’s number.
