I would have given this property a higher rating; except for the fact that; this particular location doe not have it own parking; you have to go "online" and sign up to pay for your parking during check-in. There was no mention of this in the Reservation. I do not understand why the hotel wouldn't just add the parking to the Hotel Bill and charge it all together. This will keep me from ever staying there again.

The property and my room was very clean and well maintained. Checkin was not the best. The agent was greater me and asked if I was checking in. I said yes, gave him my name, but then He puts his head down and started texting in his phone while I was standing there waiting. I then said Hello are you texting because I thought maybe I missed something. He then said rudely, “ Yes I am. I’m scheduling my son’s hair cut appointment if that is alright with you!” I use to work for Marriott for 15 years so I know that this was not the appropriate way to greet a customer. Very disappointing start to a otherwise great stay.

The staff was nice and professional. Hotel was clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is when I booked the room I called to make sure I could get rooms right next to each other and staff Roger assured me that it would be. When I checked in by Johnne I got two rooms but they were not next to Each other. However it was not far but it would have been nice to have the rooms directly side by side it would have elimated how Many trips walking down the hall .
