We do offering of 2nd floor villa with private salt swimming pool, total area is 220 sqm. The space has private entrance and private carpark on ground floor. So suitable for group is coming with van (or plan to rental van in BKK). Calm and nice quite neighborhood. Suitable for group of friend or family who looking for cool private space. The house has 3 storeies, I m staying on 3 rd floor. All space&entrance is seperate but whcih able connect by the big sliding door at pool terrace. So the offering space is nice privacy with high secured. The number of Bedroom is "On Demand" based on the list offering and your booking. So if you unsure pls feel free to raise. I m always prompt rely and in touch.

Location
We re located in Saphansung district. Neighborhood is between BKK airport and City (Phayathai). It clam and quite environment. Most local people is muslim so you able find many Mosques and Halal food shops in this area. Airport link "BhanTapChang" Station is 3 KM (which connect to BTS & MRT) apart from us. You able use Taxi or Scooter service to reach there within 10 mins.
We re located in 200 meters in "Krungtepkreeta23" alley. The main krungtepkreeta road is combined with TECO, 7-eleven, Gas station, Willington International school, Unigo golf course, The PARK shopping mall , Local street food market and massage shop. All of thing able reach within 1-2 Km. from our location.

Peacful and calm space neighberhood in Bangkok. After first step entry, you can sense cozy tropical peaceful as photo. Suitable for group people who love quite calm cool space but able back to city when need.

House Manual
If plan to set up party pls contact host !! and also have additional fee !
1. No pet.
2. All usage rubbish have to be dropped in Bin , we provide a lot Bin and Bag for supporting you, so pls kindly help.
3. Water if you play water and a lot splash, Pls also ripped it out. This can protect the others slip.
4. Quite hours is between 21.00 till 7.00 , btw In room is sound proof so you can enjoy your holiday.
5. Turn off A/C when you no use even just a few hours.
