The room was so nice, good air conditioning, 9/10 customer service. Although we weren’t able to partake in all the amenities, we were happy with what we used. Only complaint is how expensive laundry was. And also one of our bedroom robes never returned to us.

The room was spacious well decorated and extremely clean, the staff where phenomenal i could not recommend this hotel enough. The Prego restaurant was also very good! The only down side i had was the pool was pretty cold for my likeing.

Everything went smoothly except that we don’t like the different breakfast venue whenever the main venue is full. The food choices and atmosphere is very different. May I also suggest you have all lifts have an installed indicator as to where the respective lift is operating… going up or down and the floors there are at.

Amari hotel is simply amazing and got it all together so well! I’ve enjoyed every minute of my stay and will surely do it again! All hotel’s restaurants were incredible tho I didn’t care for the Italian one!
