Amenities were top notch. Hotel lobby, restaurant and pool were well kept. The rooms could use a face lift but the bed was so comfortable. We highly recommend.

The hotel was very far from most of the attractions that we wanted to see. The rooms were very clean but dated. The bathrooms didn't have fans so there was quite a bit of mold/black stains in the shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa was good as well. Spa staff were very nice.

I just booked because of roof top bar, but it is under maintenance from months, while booking there is no clue, and also little maintanance issues like keylocks not working and tv repairs, toilet flushes issues etc. paid good money but services far below the expectation.

The rooms are a little dated, but very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool is a real highlight for a city hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options – even the fussiest eater would be happy! The staff were absolutely fabulous – from concierge and reception to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and welcoming. Location is pretty good too: around 15–20 minutes’ walk to St. Louis Skytrain station and about 30 minutes to Lumpini. There’s also a 7/11, ATM, and plenty of cheap (and delicious!) street food right next door.

The main entrance and the staff of the JC Kevin were amazing. The rooms, hallways and other social places were just a bit unclean/unkempt. Our curtains were stained, the headboard dusty and the hallway had a super mouldy smell. But this is our first time to Bangkok so all of that may be normal ?! The location was convenient enough as there was plenty around.

The hotel is good. While we’re there. The hotel is doing pest control. We’ve seen quite roaches in the room. Also the hotel doesn’t provide hand soap. (BYS)!
