The hotel room was nice for the price but there were some issues with the water pressure and temp. There was also a leak in the bathroom faucet. The small ref-ridge did not work either but the staff was kind enough to move us to another room. It was also located nicely near the airport and there was shopping and dining options close by.

Personally I really liked it, if you're near DMK, which you should know is a lot different area than BKK this is in my opinion one of the better options. I've stayed at places where you couldn't go many places and just grab food and hang out in alleys. This place is big, lot of business going on, the gym is nice, pool is nice. It's older looking, been around a while but they keep everything in good shape. The perk is the Mall is just an elevator ride from your room. All sorts of restaurants, vendors, massage, electronics and more. The mall was impacted by covid so some shops closed but still has plenty of stuff. There is also once a week or so a night market below. It's the best on the lower cost options and this is probably the 5th places I've stayed near DMK. Unless you want to spend $55 a night then for sure this is a better deal than many others in the area.

Access to the hotel was tricky, had to drive up and around and around the parking structure until we reached the fourth level, then had to walk through the parking structure to find the entrance of the hotel and then take the elevator up to the 10th floor while hauling all of our luggage. The room was dirty and the bed was hard as a rock and I ended up with neck, shoulder and back pain. The TV didn't work so I assumed it was the batteries in the remote, so when we called the front desk, they sent someone up who took the remote without even checking the TV. When they returned with the remote the TV still didn't work, so I checked to see if it was plugged in and found that the TV was unplugged! Good thing our stay was just for the night as we had a flight out the next day. Staff was courteous and polite and had no problem given me extra pillows when I requested, but that didn't help considering the bed was like sleeping on a box spring.
