Total Disappointment

The property is not a four star by any standard. It is very old and in serious need of renovation. It's dirty. There were marks on the wall (that looked like pee), sheets were dirty, sofa had stains, towels worn out and dirty, amenities nothing like you would expect at a four star! It was truly a disappointment. Waste of money and a good trip sadly. I would give this hotel a one star except for the friendly and helpful staff and the decent breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a great location.

A lovely hotel, in a great location. 5 mins walk from Ratchadamri and Chit Lom, but far enough away from all the noise, so we could relax on the balcony and enjoy the amazing cityscape of Bangkok. As with some of slightly older hotels in Bangkok, you compromise some of the styling for extra space, but it's hard to find fault when our room has all the facilities you'd find in a large apartment. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of choice and lovely friendly staff. We enjoyed room service a few times due to its convenience and found it to be really delicious and very competitively priced. One small criticism is that the pool doesn’t have non-slip tiles around it and when wet they are very slippery, which resulted in my son slipping over whilst walking to the pool and bruising their hip and side. If you're looking for hotel with friendly staff, in a good (yet quiet) location and generously sized rooms, then you'd be hard to beat this lovely hotel.

當我第一天登記入住這酒店的時候，我們一共5人入住共三間房間，三間都不一樣，單人房方面就中規中矩，可以接受，另外兩間雙人房就格局完全不一樣，其中我入住的那一間房間，內裏的牀面向一大列玻璃鏡在前面，若半夜起床時可能令你大嚇一驚，好像對面同樣有一個人坐起身，這樣的設計有點失敗，厠紙就只得一舊，後得到你們的反影之後，就更換了另的一間房間，情況大大的提升就再沒有了，在這應該向你們及酒店方面作出稱讚的，效率相當之高 very very good。

We enjoyed our stay, staff we very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and affordable. We did find our room abit dated air con issues and tv issues but clean and tidy. Overall we would stay here again so conveniently located too with malls, park shopping and coffee.

Room size is big but distance from BTS is about 15 mins walk. Though hotel provides free tuk tuk service, the pickup from BTS station did not turn up. Hotel provided complimentary snacks in the room and water/coffee in the lobby.

Hotel is near to supermarket, restaurants and walkable to the main shopping district. Hotel room is a little old and the plumbing is noisy. You can hear the water or plumbing when your neighbour uses water.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is conveniently close to bts station and walkable to shopping malls. It seems more like a serviced apartment than a hotel which was a surprise. I will definitely stay here if and when come back to Thailand.
