The area where the hotel is average, It's in Soi 6 and next to Soi 4 which is Nana Plaza territory. It is NOT a family area. I was a bit put off due to the room was advertised as having a laundry machine installed inside it but it did not. The staff was pretty proactive on getting anything handled however so the room was always serviced and clean towels were always on the shelf as long as you let them do their job. Its a great room for a stay of 10 days or less- I highl recommend them!

Very big rooms and big beds. They even offer two queen beds on their twin beds room. For family with kids - this hotel is a very good option. Only con about this hotel is the pool which is really small. Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast is decent.
