Position suited us. Facilities were a little bare, but it was clean. Entry to lifts is only from the basement [serviced by a flight of stairs down]

Hotel location are good. Airport bus A3 from DMK to Pratunam, just walk 5 min to hotel. Room were no window & there is no internal door lock. Feel unsecured, if others open door from outside, can easily to come in to room.

Overall is okay

Overall condition is quite good. Near to pratunam market and platinum mall. Just the sound proof is bad. Every morning woken up by the noise created by hitel staff.

Very convenient area if you like to shop at the whole sales mall , overall is ok, beside the shower water is very slow , i got a long hair so I can’t wash my hair with the slow water .

Not so recommend for this hotel. It's really noisy can hear the loud voice from outside when people walking and talking. If you cannot accept sleeping have voice disturb really dun consider .

Superb Location for those who intend to shop.

Overall, the stay in this hotel is pleasant. Receptionist is very detailed as she briefed us very thoroughly on the basic information without being asked. The location is superb especially for those who intend to shop till you drop, more so for ladies' wear.

Book only if you want a budget stay for the locati

Good location, opposite platinum mall. I book for 4 rooms & the furnish in my room is already dirty/spoil even though the hotel is still new. Thin wall which you can hear almost everything next door. There are drilling going on EVERYDAY which make the whole level very noisy & dusty. There is sewage smell for 1 of the rooms which we request to have it change. Bed was really hard which make it uncomfortable to sleep. My advise is to only book this hotel unless you are on a tight budget if not pls spend a little more for a more comfortable stay.

Pungent Smell at the Lobby & in the Room

There was a pungent smell at the lobby as well as in the room, no air-con install at the lobby too! Bed was hard & we are having a hard time trying to sleep... Simple breakfast, something like bed & breakfast type, not fantastic. Room we've booked was without a window, this made the room smell stale & pungent. One of the toilet lights was twitching without repair. The walls are thin, we can hear people talking either outside or next to our room... But the location was good as it was near to the Pratunam market & Platinum Mall on the opposite side. Management should do something about it.
