Fairly close to airport; the staff seemed unable to deal with a double room that the hotel wrongly listed as a single adult. Kept calling to check—also confused about our reservation for airport shuttle although I’d confirmed it a couple of times. (Woke us up a 6 am to find out WHAT shuttle we were taking—even though I’d confirmed the 10 am shuttle a couple of times.)

Expedia charged me for the room but never paid the hotel, so i had to pay the hotel twice. In the 4 days i saty here i tried contacting expedia via email at least 8 to 9 times not a single respond from expedia .this is the last time i use expedia me, my company and family. We are done with youre bad service.

It such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay with family and kids. There are many sports courts and few different facilities like gym, sauna, pool, golf courts, tennis, basketball and more. There are 2 malls nearby in only 15-20 minutes a way from the hotel. The food was so delicious and many options for choosing. We loved breakfast and dinner here a lot! The price was also reasonable. Housekeeping was very nice and did such a great job cleaning our rooms plus they were very friendly. F&B department and the front office, there were some of the staffs that seemed not that friendly and had some attitude when I and my sister asked for services during our stay, but the rest of hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

Relaxed and comfortable stay

The golf course is under good management, and the design of the golf course is grand. The room we stayed in is spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the golf course. The breakfast is fine, pool is big, and the gym room is good enough for muscle training. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We are coming back soon.

Eastin Thana City Golf Resort is a beautiful resort, the scenery is amazing, the pool is incredible and the staff is very pleasant, polite and keep the place running smoothly. The check in and check out was very fast. The breakfast was great with a large selection of hot and cold food and it has a great view of the golf course and pool. I only stayed one night on my way back from Koh Tao but I will be sure to stay here the next time I am in Bangkok for a longer time.
