Great value

I always stay here when I'm in Bangkok. The staff is exceptionally warm and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is superb. It usually costs about 500 Baht to taxi to the hotel, that includes the tolls.

Great location

Hotel is just off Sukhumvit road, close to trains, Nana plaza, Art Box night market, lots of food, shopping, etc. Also, opt in to have breakfast included in your stay - the buffet has convenient hours and great multinational selection of food. The service was great all around. The hotel is older, but clean and well kept. I wish the kitchen was renovated in our room and we bought air fresheners to dull the lingering smell of something likely related to old age. Updated elevators and key card access.

We really felt the property didn’t deserve 5*. The room was in dire need of a refurb. We paid for a kingsize bed and when we arrived in our room we had two twins. Reception sent housekeeping to our room and they pushed the two singles together and swapped the duvet. The duvet was then too small and didn’t even reach the sides of the bed. The pool area was also disappointing - didn’t look as though it had been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was okay. Would definitely not return.

Nice hotel

The hotel s all suites so that’s nice but it’s on the border of the red light district. If you walk the other way it’s really nice unfortunately we didn’t know this the first night and ended up in a seedy area
