Spotless common areas, beautiful well appointed room, extremely polite and attentive staff, very close and convenient to BTS and MRT train stations, adjacent to large Terminal 21 Mall. This is the perfect Bangkok hotel.

It was upsetting that they had no alcohol on the property and that one of the restaurants wasn’t in service. Eating dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant and they still charged us for the tea that was displayed even though we had been at breakfast a couple hours prior.
