Excellent lovely, the staff was very professional and friendly and the food at the Hua restaurant was so tasty. Also, the highlight was the bed being one of the comfiest we ever slept on. The only downside was the view, the room was advertised as having a city view, however we were at floor 10 which was facing the opposite building, completely obstructing the view

5 star breakfast (recommended and well worth the upgrade). The rooftop dinner restaurant was somewhat disappointing as i couldn’t find anything authentically thai on the limited menu. The pool bar (great view) stops serving at 8pm so that’s another downer but the room would’ve been $800 a night in any other city.

Lovely hotel, we used the pool, the gym, the sauna and steam room and everything was excellent. We were really happy with our room, it was spacious and very clean. The tokens are a nice touch - used ours for a bath bomb and some GCP merch. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ornate and vast and they even had vegan options for us, clearly marked. The location is good, we took tuk tuks everywhere as well as their free shuttle to the metro. There is a 7-11 next door for snacks :) The staff are lovely and professional. I’m interested in trying the other hotels from Grande Centre Point after this stay.

The experience at this hotel was amazing. It was impeccable, gorgeous, and service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was awesome, our every request was tended to, and they even surprised me with a complimentary dessert and card on my birthday! The room service deserves a shout out because it was delicious! Overall felt very well taken care of, this hotel is undoubtedly a wonderful place to stay at.

Exceptional stay in the heart of Bangkok! Grande Centrepoint Surawong exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that feel luxurious and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to great food, nightlife, and everything you’d want to explore in Bangkok. The service was incredible as well. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The facilities were top-notch too — the pool, gym, and overall amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!
