On arrival, the parking attendant was very friendly in the parking lot. There was no space in the small parking lot because of a meeting, but diagonally opposite the hotel is a large parking lot for 40 baht per hour. After 2 hours, the parking attendant called that there was space. Check-in went perfectly with a friendly lady. The room is large and has a good bed. The bathroom only had a bath that you can also shower in. The room and especially the bathroom could use a renovation. There was no WiFi connection in the room, which was on the seventh floor. Installing amplifiers would be a solution. The breakfast buffet is large and very tasty. This chef can prepare dishes with great taste. We will definitely come back for the price-quality ratio.

Best hotel experience I ever had. The staff was amazing, especially the house cleaning. They taught me some Tai and always had extra towels for me. They so kind. Major thanks to the door staff for always bring my Grab food to me. That’s top tier hotel quality. I hope to stay here again just for that.

The room I got was nothing like the picture and the bed was hard as rocks. Girl on reception wasn’t exactly most pleasant and I felt she showed she hated her job. Wifi is waste of time. Breakfast was a pass but nothing special more staff standing around greeting you at the door than clearing tables and cleaning. I wouldn’t stay here again

The staff have been wonderful, very friendly and hospitable. The area is super close to the metro and markets. It is very convenient to get around. The pool on the rooftop was great too!

Good value for money hotel

The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently located near a train station that provides easy access to all of Bangkok. A 10-minute train ride will take you to Sathorn Pier, where you can take a boat on the river. The hotel has an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet, and the parking attendant and cleaning crew are super friendly and helpful.

I used to stay in this hotel more than a decade when holiday in Bkk. This yr i'm totally upset n unhappy w my stay here. Customer service and integrity has dropped tremendously. Counter staff did not pick up phone calls in middle of the night. Have to call 3 times w long wait. When asked to speak to duty manager, i was informed to self call when manager reports work at 9am!! Counter staff should be retrained in hotel hospitality.Security not tightened. Hotel used to have duty security to assure only registered guests stays overnight. On 17 Aug, i was woke up by noise pollution from 3 plus am where china nationals dia opp invited outside friends into room drinking n speaking loudly till 5 plus am. ( i personally witnessed room guest left 5 plus am from my room peeping hole ) Affected my peaceful sleep. Doubtful cleaniness: Witnessed cleaning staff threw bath towels on the floor n act as floor mat in one of the opened rooms when performing room services.Noise polluted corridors by working staff: There is no initiatives from hotel staff that guests are resting in their room. Staff raised voices anytime they like at their own freedoom along staircase area n along corridor outside guests room. They were like villa shouting over from one mountain to another. Irresponsible attitude : Emailed hotel to follow up noise pollution in above mentioned issues to improve on 17 Aug am during my stay n expecting reply b4 i left 19 Aug, there is no response, even when i checked out at counter.

Pool is very nice and good location. The air conditioning is loud and didn’t work when I first got there and had to get repaired again during my stay. Beds are very hard and hot water not always available.
