I always stay at the Novotel Soi 4 when I am in Bangkok. Mostly due to the excellent staff, the awesome roof top bar & pool, the breakfast buffet & resturant and the area around the hotel. I always feel satisfied that I made the right choice in hotels when I leave.

Loved, loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Hotel is super clean and especially loved the scent of the cleaning product. We will definitely e returning sooner than later!

Breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection. Hotel is in a great location. Amazing view from the rooftop pool. Only negative comments would be lack of places to hang bathroom towels in our room. Water temperature in the shower was not very hot.

4- days last leg of 3 week holiday Pool deck chair monopoly same as most hotels Good pool but limited number of deck chairs that people leave stuff on and go away for hours -should have strict rules and remove towel if no used for 30 minutes but it’s the same everywhere
