Nice, quiet, budget friendly place in Bangkok. It is unfortunately not the best location - it will take about 30 minutes to get to major tourist spots but overall it was a really good experience. Staff were very helpful even with the language barrier and the food was excellent for breakfast. There is also a nice pool and a little gym.

Great, lovely room

It was lovely overall but I think the toilet wasn’t working as well as it could have been and nor was the sink as clean as it could have been but nonetheless it was a great room, great balcony view and space to hang out on the balcony too!

Check A/C unit (full of dirty and filty dusts)

When you got your room here, check the cleanness of the room (including Air Conditioner, filty dusts on furnitures, unclean floor, or dirts in bathroom, etc.) and make sure to call the front desk to make your complaint clearly and loudly, to get a better room that we deserve. The hotel staff seem to keep me (a foreigner in Thailand) in humiliation and shame. As I got into the room, I checked and pointed the several places so filty, dirty, damaged, uncleaned in the room (especially A/C and its filter which was full of thick, dirty and filty layers of "black" dust or fugus). As I was checking, I kept taking pictures (as I speaking to the hotel staff). After all, they changed the room immediately.

Really tired interior and off customer service.

The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward. There are appliances missing from the kitchen, where there was once a washing machine there's now just a big gap with visible plumbing, it's hidden in the photos behind the kitchen island.

The staff were all very welcoming and had good interactions. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path and not one taxi driver I rode with knew where the hotel was. This was not a problem, thanks to Google maps. The noise from the nearby freeway often sounded like there was racing going on at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast hours were descent (6:00 to 10:00) but if you arrive later in the morning, the food in the buffet is cold, and definitely tastes as if it has been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and we did stay there for two weeks.

This is not a good location for tourist. No way to experience Bangkok without taking a cab miles away. The building is old and dirty. The AC unit was dirty and made us sick. This was our last 3 days in Thailand out of our two week stay. The dining area was the only postive experience out of the hotel stay. We will not return to this location in the future. The most expensive for the worst property.

A few issues. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in Building 3, which we found out once trying to log in. That's an issue. The lighting is also suspect in the rooms. It was a cheap rate, so we got what we paid for. However, the staff -- particularly Gem who helped us with our bags and lined up taxis -- was OUTSTANDING. He made our review be 3 out of 5, otherwise we would've noted 2 out of 5 in our review. The hotel was also nice in letting us keep our bags in storage for a while while we toured the city after check out. That should also be noted.

I like their breakfast. Big portion and delicious. what i do not like is their water heating system. I can't really control the water temperature. Maybe is time for them to change the old system to the electronic water heating.

Hotel is good but not the location

Check in process was very lengthy and lots of mosquitoes in the lobby creates my family very uneasy in the midnight. The guy at the reception was very lazy and deal with a group of people all the time. Hotel room is quite comfortable but service is not that good and hard to get a grap taxi due to hotel location.

This place is really too far away from train station. We enquiry about the free shuttle to train station from receptionist on Friday night and ask if tomorrow we need to register for the space, she told us not require and just wait at lobby at 11pm. the next morning, we were told it is not operating on Saturday and Sunday. Disappointed with the receptionist.

Bath tub said to be jetted but it isn't. Room has insufficient lighting. Sauna was out of order. room has no safe to store valuables. Washing machine was not easy to use And also did not drain the water after it was done washing.

Great stay

We stayed a number of nights...and enjoyed a lovely room upgrade. Quiet, clean, very comfortable. The staff is amazing...the cost reasonable...the location somewhat challenging as not near bts or metro. But really worth staying again...just too comfortable and pleasant.
