The first room I was given had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close all the way. The staff was very kind to quickly move me to another room and included a free upgrade as well. However, the phone in this room didn’t work and one of the towels was riddled with holes. Once pointed out to staff however, quick resolutions were provided again. The breakfast included a variety of cuisines but the options were limited and the chef for the eggs was often missing from the station with many dishes being refilled belatedly. Overall the property is aesthetic

Very close to Thong Lor BTS! Staff was amazing! I really loved this place. The parking wasnt great, but thats the case with most places in BKK. The rooms were a little outdated, but very clean and well maintained. I really loved the location as its tucked away on a back road. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want something a little further away from the busy parts of BKK.

For the price the staff and cleanliness were really good. My only bad thing I have to say is the night club near reception is noisey so if you do stay ask to be away from the night club end especially if you have kids.

The hotel is located on a small street off the main road, but the on-demand shuttle service to the station was incredibly convenient. Above all, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, making for a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel with nice pool. Breakfast was good and communal areas were nice. The shop in reception was useful. Lingering faint smell of smoke in our room from smoking rooms nearby. Wasn't tempted by the on-site restaurant due to it's location tucked away behind the pool. Good location a short walk from SkyTrain.

Noisy rooms but staff pleasant

Hotel small and pleasant. Our first room had a fence across the whole window so we asked to be moved. They moved us straight away no issues. The night we arrived there were people in the bar until 2 am it was very noisy. The walls in the rooms are very thin we could hear our neighbours phone alarm go off in a morning and easily hear people talking. Our last night we had a very noisy lady in the room next door who was having a very loud argument over the telephone from 8:30pm to midnight we called reception twice to complain they didn’t do anything. She stopped at 12 and started again at 2 am still shouting (we could hear every word she was saying) when we checked out at 8am. Obviously noisy clients are not the hotels fault but they did nothing to try and alleviate the issue. Breakfast good, some nice touches in reception candy floss and popcorn etc. handy for the BTS

3 night stay

We had a lovely stay here for three nights. The staff are really helpful and kind. We were upgraded to a nicer room at no cost and without asking. In particular, Wilson went out of his way to help us with settling in and taking care of our baggage. The only issue we encountered was that there were small ants in our bathroom. The staff did help immediately when we notified them but the ants ended up coming back. Despite this, we still had an excellent stay!

The staff were friendly. Complimentary drink and popcorn at check in. The hotel was clean. The pool was small and there was also a sauna. However, we were not happy with our stay. We had a room on the second floor and we did not get any sleep at night due to the club music downstairs. We called front desk requesting a different room but they said they were fully booked. We could hear EVERY WORD of every song until closing at 3am! We then had to get up 1.5 hours later at 4:30am and we checked out around 5am for our flight. I recommend getting a room on a higher floor if the club will be open during your stay.

This was a nice boutique hotel. The pool and proximity to transit were the major benefits. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast buffet, and having to change rooms because of an issue with the power wasn’t great. Overall though, we had a nice stay at the hotel.

Great Hotel

It is a very wonderful hotel. All the staff were kind and friendly. The location is also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from Thong Lo Station, with various restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores nearby. Both the exterior and interior are beautiful, with a clean and fresh atmosphere. I would love to stay here again when I visit Bangkok.
