日本人御用達？？

トンローの日本村のすぐ近く。一階は居酒屋さん。ホテルの入り口が居酒屋の裏口という奇妙な構造。なので、非常に分かりにくかった。要するに雑居ビルの4階と５階をホテル使用している。なのでロビーは存在せず。フロントも子連れのお母さんがのんびりとやってる。最初は？？と思ったが、それなりにほんわかして良い。部屋はそこそこ広くてきれい。交通至便。

ソイ13に面していると思いきや、雑居ビルの中にホテルがあるので一瞬わかりません。部屋の中は普通なのですが、家族やカップルで泊まるにはオススメしません。

Beyond expectation

The snooze hotel was very cozy, clean, good location and staff are nice. The hotel loccated in central of thonglor where there is many good resturants, bar, hospital, super market night club in walking distance, very convinient and it only take 5 mins to bts thonglor. I stay here before the renovation and change of owner. But after renovation i think everything is much more better. Very good value for money, i think compare to the quality it is the cheapest and best in thonglor

従業員はタイ人以外も見受けられますが、タイ語、英語がわかる方は問題ありません。初めてのタイ旅行、日本語のみしか喋れないでしょうか旅行者は避けたほうが良いのではないでしょうか。

You are better off staying at a good guest house

Extremely extremely terrible, worst hotel in bkk ever... I've stayed in many types of hotel all over Thailand for the past 16 years and this one goes down as the most obscene and disgrace to the Thai hospitality industry... lacks character, poor service, no make up of room, moulded toilet, soft pillows, small room, 3 working TV channels, dodgy building shared with other businesses... i could go on buy you get the idea by now.. Stay away!!!

"OK" Stay!!!

I stayed here one night, it was close to many of the great bars in Thonglor. It was also a short 10 min walk to Samitivej Hospital, where I went to get my annual check-up. Overall the place was ok, it was a bit difficult to find, as it was a bit hidden. The staff was nice and helpful.

No hotel sign - cry difficult to find

This hotel is off an alley and not actually on the road indicated in its address. There is no sign for the hotel so it was extremely difficult to find, especially at night. I called the hotel to get directions after wandering back and forth with the taxi driver, who also couldn't find it, and the luckily the front desk lady spoke fluent English. However, it was like pulling teeth to get information and her description was if absolutely no help. I was able to get a local to help fortunately. The hotel is actually on the 4th floor of a building shared with a bar and a restaurant - important information to provide in the reservation process. The hotel is tiny and the room that was provided looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I booked a deluxe suite and got a 12x12 room with 2 beds that were as hard as rocks. The front desk was not helpful or nice and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
