Terrible room condiion!

Room is very noisy with poor sound insulation. Can hear The traffic noise throughout the whole day from 7am till 3am. Impossible to sleep. Bathroom has a very pungent smell, almost like sewage which lingers in the bathroom for the 4 days we were there.

This hotel is pretty much right across the street from Terminal 21 and is a small hub for MRT and BTS. From this location, you can go pretty anywhere in Bangkok. The hotel is well designed and there's a bakery in the lobby so entering the hotel is very pleasant with the smell of buttery croissants. Now to the problem. We arrived and received our room early and appreciated that since most hotels make you wait until 2 PM. When we got to the room, we noticed a sour/faint sewer smell coming from the AC unit. We had to change rooms twice to find a room that didn't smell. Once we settled into the new room, we started to smell it again. I took it upon myself to clean the two filters in the AC unit and the smell went away. NOTE to the property management team, have your AC units serviced/cleaned. Other than that one issue, the stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.

The bed and the arrangement of the room is very good. The only difficulty I faced is the poor WiFi connectivity. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. It is beside the very crowded street. However, it made the trip fun to feel the busy of the city.

The condition and cleanliness of the room is reasonably good. However, the noise from traffic and bright billboard lights that come through the gaps in the curtains are rather disturbing. The reception staff are helpful.

I like they had extra key in room so lights and air con were on when you come back for outside. It allowed me to be able to charge things while I was gone from the room. Only wish they had USB docking ports

Stay At Your Risk of Spoiling Your Holiday

Hotel is relatively new but already showing signs of aging and wear and tear. Checked in on a Saturday. Left room at 7:30am on Sun after flipping signage to make up room. To my greatest horror, when I return back at 1:30pm room is still not clean. And signages on all rooms on the same still says "please make up room". Cleaner on strike? When I told reception, there was no apology except ok, I'll get someone to clean it. The next day, room was clean but shower cream dispenser was not topped up. I tolerated it again. On Tue, a day before I checked out, the room could not be locked. And it wasted me at least 30 mins before they got it fixed. If you were me, would you stat there again? I think the answer is obvious.

Good location, clean but noisy

Great location, within 2 minutes walk to Terminal 21 & Sukhumvit/Asoke interchange. Friendly service and the condition is quite new. However, it's quite noisy as it's location on a major busy road. Overall, it's worth it.
