Picture this: golden hour spills across the Blue Ridge, two hot tubs bubble on the patio, and laughter drifts from the game room as the smell of burgers wafts from the grill. Tonight, 25 of your favorite people are under one roof. Tomorrow, Sugar Mountain is five minutes away, Grandfather Mountain twenty, and Boone a quick thirty. This is the lodge that turns reunions into traditions and ski trips into the story your group still tells five years later.
The Space Step inside the newly redesigned Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge and you'll feel the hush of the mountains immediately â vaulted ceilings, nature-themed art, and that lived-in warmth that says "stay a while."
Resort Exclusives â Two private hot tubs (seats 14 total) â Custom-built fire pit â Shared heated community pool (across the street) â Community tennis courts â Arcade machine, pool/billiards table, Infinity Game Table â Two 5-burner BBQ grills on the deck â Direct hiking trail access from the property
Two living rooms anchor the home. The main room invites you onto plush leather sofas around a gas fireplace with a 65" Roku Smart TV â the spot where everyone ends up after dinner. A second sitting room with a 55" TV gives the night-owls and the early-risers their own space.
The chef's kitchen was built for a crowd. Two refrigerators, two cooktops, two dishwashers, three coffee makers, an air fryer, instant pot, and a spice rack mean nobody fights for counter space. A dedicated coffee bar handles the morning rush.
When it's time to eat, two locally-made live-edge dining tables seat all 25 guests together â no kids' table, no overflow.

Mike, our host, was super helpful and communicated well. The layout of the house worked realy well for our large family 20 including lots of littles. We loved how well stocked the home was which made us feel at home. The 2 highchairs, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 very large (beautiful) kitchen tables were super helpful! The back yard was cozy with the firepit. We didn't get to use the firepit because NC had a Burn Ban at the time but we made a s'mores bake instead and it was delicious. The host had left a nice welcome sign and s'mores gift basket. Such a sweet, personal touch! The tennis courts, tiny basketball court, swings and creek right across the road were a big hit! We had a great time!! Thanks!
Our large friend/family group had the best time at the Lodge! It's not easy to find a place that can accomodate our combined 14 children and 5 adult couples so well. This place is not only beautiful, it was clean, communication was excellent, and we have already started talking about coming back. Highly recommend!
Mike was an excellent host and thought of everything: Well-stocked kitchen with numerous appliances, highchair, space for everyone to eat together and the hot tubs were a hit! Weâre looking forward to another stay.
Our stay at the clubhouse location was so nice. Communication was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. Everything was well stocked and the hot tubs were so nice. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Hot tubs were awesome. The fact that almost all the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms was fantastic. Nearly too many bedrooms to count. Easily slept 18 with little-to-no bed sharing. Great location for Sugar Mtn, very short drive.
Wonderful home! Big enough for our large family. Close to hiking, tubing, skiing, tennis, pool, etc... 2 hot tubs came in handy for our large group. No one felt cramped at all. Wonderful experience.
This was the absolute perfect house for our group of four families to celebrate together. We had adults, kids, and teens, and the layout could not have been better. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, and spend time together, while still allowing each family and individual to have their own private space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge bonus and made the stay incredibly comfortable. Our host, Mike, was wonderful! Communication and planning was easy and timely, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The kids had so much fun exploring the area, and the location itself was truly perfect for our trip. We couldnât have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!
We loved the size of the house with a bathroom for every bedroom, the different living rooms, and the game room. There was a little more wear and tear than the pictures showed and we had trouble with a few things not usable, including the hot tubs, but the owner was very responsive and even had a technician come work on them. There was some disappointment that the hot tubs didnât work the whole time, but we still had a good time all being there together. The app with all the property information was nice to have available and I appreciated how communicative the owner was. We enjoyed hiking up the old ski hill behind the property to find the abandoned ski lift at the top as well. We would consider staying here again.
The place was huge and perfect for big groups. We loved the amount of parking available, the easy access to the neighborhood amenities, and the spacious rooms. The place could have been vacuumed better and the pull out couch beds did not seem to have been opened up & cleaned as we found tissues and crumbs upon opening the pull out. However, we quickly fixed that ourselves and had a great stay. Aside from that, the place was perfect and we would come back again!
