Other Things to Note:
🚭 No smoking is allowed inside the home or anywhere near the property, including decks and outdoor areas.
🐾 No pets are permitted.
🎉 No parties or events are allowed.
❄️ During the winter season, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended due to steep and potentially snowy road conditions in Beech Mountain.
📄 A rental agreement will need to be signed in accordance with North Carolina vacation rental law. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
