Experience Heavenly Daze at Eagles Nest! This one of a kind home close to the mountain crest in the neighborhood offers spectacular 180-degree mountain views for 100 miles! As if that wasn't enough, you'll also enjoy four King suites, a brand new hot tub, a custom pizza oven, SONOS sound system, game room with pool and ping pong tables, and so much more!

While enjoying your stay at Heavenly Daze, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing them to the home.
- Photos show firewood, however it is no longer there. Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

We enjoyed our stay with friends, but the hot tub wouldn’t heat like it should. Porch cushions were strolled over the deck with snow on them. We had brought ribeyes to the grill, and when we got ready to grill them, we realized there was no propane. We called management, but there was no help, so we had to go to town and get propane, which put us about two hours behind on grilling our steaks. They also said they would reimburse me for the propane, which they should also reimburse me for my time and expense of going to town. We’ll see how it turns out.

Beautiful and spacious

The property was just as listed. We spent our time in the hot tub (which has an amazing view), playing pool, and watching movies. The most surprising aspect was how professional looking the kitchen was. It made preparing meals a breeze.

Dream House in the Mountains

Heavenly Daze is probably one of the most beautiful homes I have ever rented. From the incredible mountain views, spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen to every attention to detail including a shower/sauna and a toilet that cleans itself in the master bath, nothing has been looked over. It was an amazing home to celebrate the 16th birthday of my daughter with her friends.

Beautiful

We stayed as a birthday getaway. The house is gorgeous. The roads are very steep to get to the house. So make sure you are prepared. The previous renter left a mess of garbage in the garage and some windows and doors open or unlocked. We emailed the property manager to make them aware but the storm hit shortly after. So it was never picked up. Which we completely understand. We needed a plow to get us out, at checkout time, it snowed so much! All in all we made the most out of our trip. And everyone was very helpful when it came to getting us out. We would definitely stay here again.

Million dollar views

Heavenly daze had the most amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor fireplaces and also the pizza oven. Beds/couches/outdoor furniture were super comfortable. Having 2 refrigerators was really helpful for our large group. The kids loved the game/bedroom and running around the beautifully landscaped property. We couldn’t get over the views- unbelievable! Can’t wait to return!

Heavenly Daze Indeed
